Most apps, diets, “food systems” , and trainers will slap together a meal plan which may seem convenient, but leaves you in the dark when it comes to eating beyond the designated plan.


The reason moms fail to find their flow with their food habits is because they aren’t given the proper tools and insight into their unique needs and how to address them while also accounting for the needs of their children.

For the 12-Week programs, the 1:1 coaching is built into the program. Part of why my clients see such incredible results is because they were lacking support. While I do offer short-term self-lead programming that does not include coaching, I only offer those programs to those who have applied, and for one reason or another are not a good fit for a longer-term program.

When you invest in coaching, the program is like my sidekick: it helps me explain the concepts you need to understand to better advocate for your health and to understand your body more deeply.
